Dawn Salvaterra, Parish Administrator and Outreach Coordinator

Dawn was born and raised in northeast Philadelphia.  She studied art education at Moore College of Art. Prior to St Stephen’s Dawn worked as a designer and contractor in a family owned business.  Her true passion lies in social services and helping the Philadelphia community.  Dawn is involved in multiple service projects with other Episcopal parishes throughout the city.  She runs a mobile food cupboard on Saturdays which services mission churches with bags of groceries for those in need.   Dawn draws and creates in her free time, currently she is working on illustrating a children’s book for Parkinson’s Disease awareness. Dawn lives in South Philadelphia with her newlywed husband and dog Lucy.
